Healing from traumatic experiences can be a difficult journey. As someone who has experienced various traumatic events throughout their life, I know this all too well. Although I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, I have learned a lot about healing from my own experiences and wanted to share my insights.

Remember that perpetually angry supervisor? Turns out, anger can be like an unwelcome guest, deeply rooted and having nothing to do with you or the job. It's contagious too, capable of turning happy households into miserable ones and transforming awesome work environments into toxic ones. But fear not, there's a way out.

Embarking on my own healing journey, I discovered that my anger ran deep. Childhood pain resurfaced, reigniting that fire within me. It was time to confront those demons, unmask the source of my anger, and release that negative energy from my soul. It's no easy task, but someone's gotta do it, right?

  7. Therapy: Seek professional guidance to explore the roots of your anger and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

  8. Write in a journal: Pour your heart out on paper, releasing your frustrations and gaining clarity.

  9. Join a support group: Connect with others who understand and share similar experiences, finding solace and strength in unity.

  10. Discover a hobby: Channel your energy into a creative outlet that brings joy and fulfillment.

  11. Record your own vlog: Even if you don't share it, talking about your pain helps release the weight you carry.

  12. Watch funny videos or movies: Laughter truly is the best medicine, so indulge in humor to uplift your spirits and lighten your mood.

  13. Mantras and affirmations: Train your mind to embrace positivity and let go of negativity, one empowering phrase at a time.

  14. Visit funny places or attend adult activities like a circus, comedy show, or improv class to immerse yourself in laughter and playful experiences that can help relieve anger and stress.



Remember, healing and overcoming anger isn't a walk in the park, but it's worth every step. Laugh, explore, and find what works best for you. Embrace the journey of healing, let go of the baggage, and reclaim your peace of mind. You have the power to transform your anger into growth, resilience, and a brighter, lighter future.
